Senior Accountant

Duties:Prepare precise and timely financial reports and statements, ensuring compliance with established accounting principles.Dive deep into financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for growth.Oversee the implementation of financial practices and maintain strict adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.Supervise and support the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.Uphold strong accounting controls to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.Collaborate across departments to develop budgets, financial plans, and monitor performance against objectives.Continuously seek and implement process improvements within the accounting function.What We're Looking For:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA preferred.Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including management roles.Expertise in accounting principles and standards (GAAP, IFRS, etc.).Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.Keen attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication skills.Apply Now!
