As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for leading our accounting team and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of accountants to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Manage and maintain financial systems, including accounting software and spreadsheets.Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.CPA designation or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and regulatory compliance.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.A dynamic and supportive work environment.
