To manage the creditors payment process and provide support to all Municipal departments and associated companies. To ensure that the Accounts Payable Department has and maintains effective, efficient, and transparent systems of financial management and controls operating in accordance with prescribed norms and policies to guard against fraud, theft, and financial mismanagement.To manage the operations of the Accounts Payable section in terms of the Municipal Financial Management Act (MFMA).
