They're seeking a seasoned SAIPA qualified professional to lead their dedicated Accounting team.Requirements:SAIPA qualification: BCom (Hons)/CTA with SAIPA articles.Proven experience in a practice environment.Proficiency in Draftworx and other relevant software.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.Excellent communication abilities in both Afrikaans and English.Responsibilities:Financial Management: Oversee the financial operations of small to medium-sized clients, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including liaising with SARS and managing tax filings and assessments.Accounting Processes: Manage day-to-day accounting tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and interpretation to provide insights and support decision-making.Audit Support: Coordinate and support audit activities, including preparation of audit schedules and liaising with auditors.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small Accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficiency and accuracy in tasks.Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their financial inquiries and providing strategic financial advice.Why Join Them: Be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional service and driving financial success.
