Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and other accounting compliance documents.
Oversee and mentor a small team of accountants.
Stay up-to-date on the latest accounting and tax regulations.
Contribute to the growth and development of the firm.
Requirements Requirements: More than 3 years of accounting experience or completed articles.
Strong technical accounting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for client service and a commitment to excellence.
Advantageous: Experience managing a team.
Experience with various accounting software packages.
A proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
