Role Overview Ogilvy Health & Wellness is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager with a strong client facing background to work on nurturing and developing some of the most loved and established brands in the Health & Wellness space.

Responsibilities You will be the primary manager of allocated accounts. As such, you must recognise your prime responsibility for ensuring the quality of the agency's product across all disciplines required, for inspiring the highest standards in other team members.Ultimately responsible for the smooth and efficient running of your accounts - operationally, creatively, financially and are answerable on these points to the clients and Managing Director.Responsible for maximising the accounts billings and/or income and for seeking out additional income opportunities.Contributes to the good financial management of the business, improving profitability wherever possible.You build strong and enduring relationships with clients. You also have a deep understanding of the clients business and of the key broader factors and trends shaping their markets and categories. Leveraging these insights and knowledge to grow our assignments and revenue, while regularly seeking out ways to add value to the client/agency relationship.Have a deep understanding of the financial forecast/overview of your clients. As the senior point of contact for the agency's customers, you also co-ordinate the resources needed to service projects, build strategic operational plans and balance the expectations of clients with the execution of creative, intelligence and/or media work.Effectively manages and coaches the more junior members of the Account Management team (AMs, AEs,) sensitively, positively and proactively.Delegate effectively and appropriately upwards to the agency management as well as downwards to your reports and other departments.Build the respect, loyal commitment, and performance of your team members.Qualifications and Experience The ideal candidate for the Senior Account Manager position would have the following background:
Min 5 years experience in an account servicing role within a client facing environment.A 3 year degree or diploma will be advantageous.Comfortable in growing senior client relationships and business.Offer Local client portfolio.Attractive package and benefits.Continuous training.
