What you will be doing: Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic client accounts throughout the Sub-Saharan African Region.Develop relationships with C-level and HR management, keeping abreast of business and talent needs.Drive the sale through to conclusion by navigating roadblocks.Identify leads to generate new business opportunities across the region.Develop strategic account plans, forecast future sales activity and report accordingly.What we are looking for from you:Essential: Demonstrable solution sales experience, ideally from an HR Tech or SaaS background.Experience in a Business to Business (B2B) environment preferably selling SaaS solutions.Able to travel across Sub Saharan Africa circa twice/quarter.Desirable: Experience selling to HR and/or C LevelHR qualification or business-related disciplineExperience of selling in the Sub Saharan African RegionThe candidate must have the right to work in South AfricaGet in touch:Find out how this one-off opportunity can help you to achieve your career goals by making an application to our knowledgeable Talent Acquisition team.
