Duties and Responsibilities:Business Development:Increase existing client revenue within 12 months through optimizing delivery on current projects and presenting additional avenues to clients where the business could assistAssist with new client opportunity presentations and pitchesProactively use business network and market analysis to reach potential new clients and increase revenueProject Management:Successfully deliver on strategic complex client projects within the first 12 monthsReduce project delivery times by 20% through process improvements.Ensure processes and systems are in place to effectively manage and report on the projects to the executive teamEnsure internal teams and external vendors are aware of project timelines and hold teams accountable to deliver against agreed timelinesClient Communication:Create a communication strategy with clients and outside vendors in order to proactively meet client expectations consistently throughout Live projectsEnsure effective communication on project status updates on a weekly basisConsistently communicate project status updates with internal stakeholders and ensure clear and concise communication is occurring across the various internal teamsRequirements: Strategic Thinking - Ability to develop long-term plans and strategies that align with business goals.Leadership - Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance.Client Management - Strong skills in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Problem Solving - Ability to proactively identify current and or future potential issues and develop effective solutions quickly.Adaptability - Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and environments.Team-oriented - Willingness to collaborate and support team membersIntegrity - Demonstrates honesty and strong moral principlesInnovation - Encourages creativity and new ideas together with market researchPersistence - Committed to the completion of quality driven client projectsCompassion- Patience in working with diverse colleagues, and allowing for collective understandings to be shared.
