We're here to work hard and have fun while doing it.JOB OVERVIEWTo develop, manage, and maintain the successful roll-out and execution of client campaigns and ensure the relationship with Machine_ and the client is key.Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):Build and sustain strong and long-lasting relationships with clientsWork on TTL campaignsSchedule and attend meetingsEnsure constant, consistent, and effective flow of communication between Agency, Client, and external stakeholdersManage and control the scope and planning of campaigns across the teamManage risk and have contingency plans in placeManage and oversee budgets/revenue on all campaigns to ensure profitabilityManage status documents, job bags, campaign costs, and invoicesManage effective and accurate delivery of final elements to internal and external suppliers, and ensure meticulous activationDeliver jobs on-time, on-budget and continuously exceeding client expectationsKeep abreast of industry and digital marketing trendsQualification / Experience / Skills:Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing / AdvertisingProficient in MS Office (i.e. Word / Excel / PowerPoint)At least 4 years experience working in an Advertising Agency as an Account Manager.TTL & Digital experience is essentialA good command of the English language (both verbal and written)Excellent administration and organizational skillsStrong time management skillsStrong multi-tasking skillsStrong leadership and presentation skillsSocial media savvyPersonality Attributes:Team player with the ability to work independentlyAble to remain calm in a highly pressurized environmentAssertiveProactiveResilientApproachableEnergeticCreative "out of the box" strategic thinkerProblem solver / solution drivenMeticulous with attention to detailOther:Flexible to work beyond normal office hours (overtime if and when required)Comfortable to work from the Publicis Groupe office (on-site)Must be willing to work on alcohol brandsInterested candidates must please submit a concise CV.
