Senior Account Executive

Job Brief:Our client in the fintech space is recruiting for an Account Executive (senior position) to be based in Johannesburg and will be reporting to the Head of Sales. The AE will be responsible for contacting clients to promote our certification and training services and enhance our sales targets.Responsibilities:Contribute to the development of the Certification departments' sales activities specific for training courses and certification contracts;Contact clients in order to introduce Training and Certification services;Plan and coordinate public and in-house training. This will include course planning, course announcement, delegate registration and payment follow up;Arrange course material and venues;Prepare and dispatch training certificates;Selling of training courses;Submitting of tenders for training.Skills Required:Excellent telephone skillsPresentation and negotiation skillsMust be target drivenA team player and cooperativeCustomer service orientatedPragmatic and entrepreneurial approach, hard worker and continuous learnerTime managementAccountabilityCommitmentDegree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGEMinimum 5 years' sales experience requiredExperience in Business Development essentialCold calling experience is a mustMust have worked in a target driven environmentBackground selling training products would be an advantageKnowledge of ISO standards an advantageExcellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
