Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

Hourly Rate: £11.72 - £12.78 per hour
Annual Salary: £20,941.30 - £22,835.30 (Term-Time Only)
Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week

We're searching for a compassionate and enthusiastic individual, ideally with experience supporting children or young adults with SEN, though previous experience is not essential. Your genuine desire to make a difference is what matters most!
Key requirements:
Experience working with SEN (highly desirable)Previous experience (paid or voluntary) working with childrenGCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent qualificationsEligibility to work in the UKWhat will you do?
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work both 1:1 and in small groups, providing targeted support to ensure every child's needs are met. You will assist in delivering tailored lessons and activities, helping students build confidence and reach their full potential.
