Selling Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Selling Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales team while actively participating in the selling process.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and a strong sales track record within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the sales and marketing efforts for both new and pre-owned vehicle departments.Actively engage in the sales process, closing deals and driving individual sales.Set and meet monthly sales targets for the team and for personal sales.Motivate, train, and manage the performance of the sales staff.Evaluate trade-ins, determine vehicle pricing, and manage stock efficiently.Report and liaise with head office on monthly sales performance and marketing strategies.Lead advertising efforts to promote inventory.Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Sales Manager or Selling Sales Manager in the automotive industry.Extensive experience in vehicle sales with a proven ability to achieve personal and team targets.Experience working in a corporate-branded dealership.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Valid South African driver's license and a clear criminal record.Grade 12 or equivalent; tertiary education is advantageous.Experience with Audi and Volkswagen brands is essential.Benefits: Basic salary plus commission.Additional company benefits.This is a unique opportunity to lead by example, manage a high-performing sales team, and be directly involved in closing deals within a leading dealership.
