Seller Marketing Manager, Amazon Fashion MarketplaceIn this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute programs to drive Fashion Seller engagement.
You will work to identify high value segments and activities, looking for opportunities to automate processes and scale your impact.
You will work with multiple stakeholders to invent, test and roll-out new ideas touching multiple parts of the seller experience including internal and external platforms.
You have a background in B2B marketing and Salesforce, experience working in collaborating with sales or account management teams, and are comfortable managing multi-channel campaigns end-to-end.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently, think deeply about how to improve the experience of sellers and their stakeholder teams and will be at ease working in a fast-paced environment.
Key job responsibilities
Manage all aspects of campaign creation: planning, targeting, messaging, creative, content and design, launching, optimizing and reporting.Manage CRM audience segmentation, targeted lists and customer journey for various marketing initiatives.Engage account management stakeholders to gather insights, force multiply campaign content and collect feedback.Communicate with cross-functional teams on approach, execution requirements, performance and learnings.Conduct deep dive analysis to understand campaign performance, business impact metrics and uncover customer insights.Seek out ways of scaling impact across larger cohorts of sellers, identifying ways to automate or standardize successful initiatives.Maintain a high bar for Selling Partner-facing content, and ensure campaigns are executed to the highest standard.About the team

Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experienceExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completionExperience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.)
