We are currently recruiting for a Technical Product Manager responsible for overseeing the development and execution of BI technology-driven products, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business requirements.
Role Responsibilities and Requirements Essential Requirements Collaborate with stakeholders, the product owner, customers, and development teams to gather requirements and prioritize them based on business value, feasibility, and technical constraints.Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the timeline, milestones, and features of the product, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical teams, product designers, marketing, and sales, to ensure effective coordination throughout the product development lifecycle and product launch.Provide leadership and guidance, acting as a subject matter expert, and advocating for the product's vision while making critical decisions to resolve conflicts that may arise.Maintain positive relationships with all clients on a regular basis.Demonstrate a keen interest in BI technology and future trends in fields such as BI systems and tools, platforms, and frameworks for data analytics.Adapt Key Result Areas (KRA's) as necessary (typically annually) to emphasize specific focus areas (e.g., "exceed client expectations", "develop processes", "departmental profitability", etc.).Possess business area knowledge, specifically in Finance, Manufacturing, Sales, and Supply Chain.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or specialized training/certification.Have SAP Business One table and process knowledge.Exhibit advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.Variable Requirements Technical team management skills.SQL/HANA scripting experience.Experience with Microsoft Fabric.Experience with other Business Intelligence tools.Experience with other ERP systems.Key Attributes Strong communication skills, both written and oral.Excellent problem-solving skills.Leadership, decision-making, and team-building skills.Excellent analytical skills.Effective time management skills and a strong drive to complete projects on time.Punctual.Team player.Thorough and meticulous.
