Security Officers - Grade C Armed Positions are vacant in the Rustenburg area. The overall purpose of this position is to ensure that all site-specific security requirements are adhered to and that the client's needs are always efficiently and professionally met.
Minimum Requirements Matric or equivalent.PSIRA Grade C/B/A – Registered and accredited.Firearm Competency (Handgun/Shotgun and Rifle) - Business Purpose.No Criminal Record or any pending cases.Medically fit to work.Driver's License.Driver experience.Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal.Tactical experience is an added advantage.Able to work shifts, especially night shifts for extended periods.Should reside within the Rustenburg area or be willing to relocate at own cost.Competencies Required Leadership ability - assertive, organized, and thorough.Ability to work under pressure and use initiative.Organizing & Planning.Administratively advanced.Problem Solving.At ease around higher management.Conflict management.
