An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Registered Mental Health Nurse with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our team as Security Liaison Manager. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail and a creative approach to solving problems while working as part of a senior team.The Security Liaison Manager is responsible for developing collaborative links between the Security Directorate, multi-disciplinary teams, and other hospital and external services to help ensure a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors at Broadmoor Hospital. The Security Liaison Manager also manages a team of Security Liaison Nurses, postal monitors, and Security intelligence officers working within Broadmoor Hospital that interface between security and the clinical environments.Key Responsibilities:Provide collaborative and supporting links between security and clinical services to ensure a safe environment.Utilise skills as a Registered Mental Health Nurse and managerial/leadership skills to provide advice, guidance, and training on physical, procedural, and relational security to clinical teams and staff throughout the hospital.Work with current security teams to achieve security standards and ensure effective integration of clinical and security practice.Complete investigations, audits, and provide reports with recommendations to reduce/eliminate security risks, ensuring that any resulting actions are implemented.Minimum Requirements:Applicants must have the ability to contribute to and influence service development and possess excellent communication, investigatory, auditing, and analytical skills.
