Security Delivery Manager: Iam

As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. Your day-to-day activities will include collaborating and managing the team to perform, making team decisions, and engaging with multiple teams to contribute on key decisions. You will also be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Authentication & Identity Management is required. Distributed Delivery Model, Security Administration, Security Strategy & Planning, Security Quality Assurance, and Security Delivery Governance are recommended skills for this role.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative security strategies to enhance the overall security posture Lead and mentor a team of security professionals to ensure successful project delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security risks and vulnerabilities Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Master's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or an MBA with a focus on Technology or Risk Management.

Certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) TOGAF or COBIT Certification
