Sectional Title Property Portfolio Manager

A well-established Property Management Company operating in Jhb North is on the lookout for a Property Portfolio Manager. The experienced individual will be responsible to manage a diverse portfolio of properties (+- 15 commercial and residential properties, averaging 500-600 units). To be based in office, Mon - Fri from 08h00 to 16h30.Requirements:Sectional title property management experience is a mustMust have own reliable transport (not negotiable)Good knowledge of the STSM and CSOS ActExperience in compiling Residential and/or Commercial Body Corporate BudgetsExperience in typing of minutes of trustee meetings, AGM, SGM meetingsFluent in English and able to communicate in a professional mannerMust be available to work in the evenings to attend trustee meetings, AGMs and/or SGMs when required.Remuneration:R33 000 CTC (neg) depending on experience and knowledgePlease note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
