Witbank Property Management are looking for an experienced dynamic candidate with a passion for the property industry to join our team as a Sectional Title Portfolio Manager that will manage a portfolio of Sectional Title buildings.
Suitable candidates will attend scheduled meetings (mostly after hours) and will need to deal with complex maintenance and service providers, collections of levies, creditor payments, complex employee management, liaising with trustees and directors and other general requirements.
Job Requirements
Valid PPRA Fidelity certificate
3-5 years Sectional Title experience
Relevant knowledge of the Sectional Title Act and Principles of Home Owners Associations
Paddocks Sectional Title / HOA qualification will be advantageous
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Strong accounting background
Interpersonal skills
Very strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer service orientation
Assertive and proactive
Motivational skills and efficient team leader
Must be able to work under pressure, high stress tolerance
Must be willing to attend meetings outside normal office hours
Own transport
Duties & Responsibilities:
Communicate with Trustees/ Directors, schedule meetings, attend meetings, and take minutes.
Manage maintenance (ad hoc or scheduled) and other work required:
a. Obtaining quotes.
b. Presenting quotes to trustees (with a recommendation) and obtaining trustee approval.
c. Once approved, managing the work required to be done and ensuring that the work quoted for is done.
d. Signing off on the work and confirming to trustees that the work has been completed to an acceptable standard.
e. Ensuring supplier invoices are paid by the accounts department.
Enforce the Body Corporate or Estate rules, issuing warnings and fines.
Processing access control requests for new residents.
Liaising with the municipality.
Communication with residents via e-mail, telephonically or personally.
Monitoring the complex workers and security guards.
Issuing clearance certificate.

Pay: R14000,00 - R16000,00 per month
