Sectional Title Portfolio Officer required for a reputable company based in East London , Eastern CapeRequirements:Three years' experience in managing Sectional Title Schemes / HOA's as well as complex managementDiploma or Degree in ManagementPaddocks UCT Sectional Title / HOA Management Course qualification advantageousRegistered with the PPRA holding a valid FFC advantageousExperience in overseeing and management of staffProblem solving & analytical skillsAccuracy & Strategy planningResponsibilities:Oversee the efficient and effective administration and management of owner and Trustees relationshipsEnsure the efficient and effective administration and management of related processesReview monthly results and ensure regular and accurate reporting to all relevant stakeholders / TrusteesEffective property management of complexes ensuring complex wellnessOversee municipal related processes, comparing charges to the budgetReview monthly business unit results and ensure regular and accurate reportingShould you wish to apply please email your CV through to Kerry O'Hagan at ****** shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
