We are an established property management company in Cape Town and are looking for a Portfolio Administrator to join our Head Office on a full time basis.
The ideal candidate would have 2 years experience or more in a similar position or environment, with references. Experience in Sectional Title management would be a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Assisting Portfolio Managers in the management of residential and commercial complexes including Sectional Title, Homeowners Association and Shareblocks.
Supporting the Portfolio Managers with administrative and secretarial duties.
Handling queries over the phone and assisting with calls when the Portfolio Managers are out of the office.
Communicating with Trustees, owners and contractors via phone and e-mail.
Typing, printing and posting of outgoing circulars, notices, letters, AGM packs etc.
Maintaining Trustee information ensuring that it is up to date at all times.
Managing of weekly meeting schedule and printing, posting and stationery control sheet.
Completing and submitting registration of documents and annual returns to CSOS.
Skills:
Familiar with the Sectional Title Act.
Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office with strong typing skills.
Knowledge of basic accounting.

Good command of the English language.
