Sectional Title Managing Agent

Job Description: Are you an experienced Sectional Title Managing Agent seeking a new opportunity? Look no further A boutique estate agency located in Milnerton, specializing in sales, rentals, and the management of sectional title schemes. They are expanding their team and are looking for a skilled Sectional Title Managing Agent to oversee 18 Body Corporations/communities. Key Responsibilities: · Management & Administration : Handle the day-to-day operations of sectional title schemes, including maintenance, budgeting, and financial management. · Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Sectional Titles Act and other relevant legislation and internal policies. · Communication: Serve as the primary contact for property owners, tenants, and service providers, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. · Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage budgets, process invoices, and ensure timely collection of levies and payments. · Meetings: Prepare for and chair AGM and trustee meetings, often held after hours. · Coordination: Organize and supervise maintenance and repair work, ensuring high-quality workmanship and cost-effectiveness. · Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all administrative, financial, and operational activities. · Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to trustees and owners on the status of the sectional title schemes. Requirements: · Proven experience as a Sectional Title Managing Agent or in a similar property management role. · Strong knowledge of sectional title legislation and property management practices. · Solid financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and financial reporting. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships. · Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. · Proficiency in property management software, WeConnectU, and Microsoft Office Suite. · Relevant qualifications or certifications in property management are a plus. · Valid driver's license and own transport are required.
