Role Overview
This is a full-time position where the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, financials, and compliance of 18 sectional title schemes. The role requires proven experience in sectional title management, strong financial acumen, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Requirements
Experience in property management, with a focus on sectional titles.Proficiency in WeConnectU and the Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to chair AGM and trustee meetings, including those held after hours.Valid driver's license and own transport.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Relevant qualifications in property management will be an advantage.
