The purpose of this role is to implement and execute Paid Search campaigns, in line with the agreed strategy, to maintain, develop and exceed client performance targets. Experience in other paid platforms is beneficial.
Job Description: Key Responsibilities Works on multiple, large or complex clients and develops overall strategy and goals for the Performance teamProvides day to day implementation, optimisation and upload of client campaigns through direct input within Google Ads, Bing.Liaises with vendors and third-party reps to maintain and develop relationships and build knowledge of new features and betasInterprets performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis to meet campaign objectivesProvides accurate client communication that details performance and return on investment via campaign reporting and analysisContributes towards overall Digital recommendations in line with Dentsu performance and client objectivesEnsures best practice and innovation in all Paid Social activitiesAdvise and share information on Dentsu Performance digital Capabilities, communications, and services with the wider organisation (media brands).Research solutions and make recommendations to all relevant teams regarding digital innovationEnsures best practice, consistency and innovation in all Performance activitiesEnsures the Performance offerings are aligned with clients' objectives and organisationEnsures knowledge-sharing across teams and engages in cross-channel strategic planningPlans accounts and growth opportunities, working closely with the Media BrandsLiaises with channel leaders to standardise work output across the Performance disciplinesDaily updates of Budget TrackersClient Service Day to Day management, relationship and financial health of the account needs to be managed.Managing media brand expectations.Day to day administration – meeting minutes, agendas and timing plans.Deadline and Project managementStrategy guidance and input in order to drive the business objectives.Attending status /other meetings with media brands.Ensure monthly reporting and insights sessions take place and that the actionable outcomes are implemented by you and your team.Attend key client meetingsUphold a positive working culture.Represent Dentsu Performance in a professional and positive manner with both internal and external stakeholders and in doing so reflects the values of the Dentsu.Commercial and service ownership Ensuring processes are in place with the rest of the team to deliver streamlined campaign performance and deliveryManage overspend and underspend – Track monthly across all clientsBudget trackers to be updated on a daily basisLocation: Sandton
