We do this by disrupting traditional employment barriers – connecting ambitious talent to flexible opportunities with trusted brands.Anticipated Contract Length/End Date: 3 monthsWork set-up: Hybrid (2-3 days in Office)Our client in the advertising and marketing industry is looking for a Search and Performance Marketing Manager to be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing search engine marketing (SEM) and performance marketing strategies. This role requires a data-driven professional with expertise in managing PPC campaigns, optimizing digital advertising performance, and utilizing analytics to drive business growth.What you will do:Create and execute comprehensive search and performance marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives and target audience.Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms.Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI).Conduct regular budget reviews and adjustments as needed.Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improving search engine rankings and driving targeted traffic.Collaborate with the design and content teams to create and optimize landing pages that enhance user experience and drive conversions.Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad copy, landing pages, and other elements of performance marketing campaigns.Work closely with the marketing team, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of search and performance marketing strategies with overall marketing goals.Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in search and performance marketing to keep the company's strategies current and competitive.Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.Minimum Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in search engine marketing (SEM), performance marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related discipline. Advanced certifications in search and performance marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) are a plus.Proficiency in search engine marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads), performance marketing platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.Experience in managing PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management.Proven ability to manage campaign budgets effectively and optimize spend for maximum ROI.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights clearly.Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality in campaign execution and reporting.Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and quickly implement new strategies and tactics.Please note that only applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country the position is based in, without requiring sponsorship.HelloKindred is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to creating a diverse environment.
