The Opportunity

Manage a Seafreight Imports team
Implement and oversee operating procedures
Manage Operational Finance and Compliance Metrics i.e. Auto rating, invoicing performance, data compliance
Compile and prepare required reports
Visit customers regularly with the sales & servicing representatives, or alternatively alone
Manage Work in Progress (WIPS) and Accruals on a daily basis

What you'll need to succeed

Solid communication skills, self-motivated and positive attitude
Operational knowledge across all modes of transport would be an advantage
Experience in a client servicing role would be advantageous
Accuracy and attention to detail are imperative
Previous experience within a supervisory role
10 years of operational knowledge
