Functieomschrijving You will be responsible to manage the data being generated by the tools and determining a meaningful approach to the assessment of this data.
A thorough approach to the aggregation of the data from the various clients and the establishment of patterns and trends to be able to enhance the SD-WAN (Software-Defined Networking) service being delivered.
This will require a thorough interaction with the deployment and support team to identify items that could enhance the service quality.

Oracle, MySQL, MS Basic understanding of SD-WAN preferred Demonstrated reporting and analytical experience using BI tools or any other tools of preference Solid experience in developing queries and reports based on user requirements Must be prepared to work flexible hours dependent on key project deliverables
