Functieomschrijving You will be responsible to manage the data being generated by the tools and determining a meaningful approach to the assessment of this data.
A thorough approach to the aggregation of the data from the various clients and the establishment of patterns and trends to be able to enhance the SD-WAN (Software-Defined Networking) service being delivered.
This will require a thorough interaction with the deployment and support team to identify items that could enhance the service quality.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: · Develop a detailed understanding of the data being collected by the tools in use · Develop mechanisms to aggregate data from disparate systems to identify meaningful patterns · Work with the technical teams to match issues with identified trends · Develop dashboard views for client's, support teams and technical specialists · Develop automated reports · You will be required to understand our operating principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job · Own the customer experience - think and act in ways that put our customers first and make them promoters of our products and services · Know your stuff - be enthusiastic learners, users and advocates of our game-changing technology, products and services, especially our digital tools and experiences · Win as a team - make big things happen by working together and being open to new ideas · Drive efficiencies, results and growth · Respect and promote inclusion & diversity · Do what's right for each other, our customers, investors and our communities · Back up your team members where required · Don't let anyone have to fix or complete work that you are responsible for Knowledge, Skills and Attributes: · Ability to work closely with clients (internal) focusing on solving client needs · Passionate about statistics and achieving results · Good knowledge of statistical concepts · Good problem solving and analytical skills along with strong organisational and research skills · Ability to work under pressure · Ability to handle a diverse range of people and interact with all levels of employees and management · Ability to identify trends, business opportunities, etc · Good awareness of critical business issues and priorities (able to listen) · Self-directed, highly organised and able to independently coordinate multiple assignments Requirements Academic Qualifications and Certifications: · A qualification (certificate/degree/diploma) in statistics, computer science, data science or analytics or related field Required Experience: · Demonstrated technical experience using programs to extract, analyse and manipulate data from a variety of disparate data sources and systems · Demonstrable experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role working with databases, e.g.
Oracle, MySQL, MS · Basic understanding of SD-WAN preferred · Demonstrated reporting and analytical experience using BI tools or any other tools of preference · Solid experience in developing queries and reports based on user requirements · Must be prepared to work flexible hours dependent on key project deliverables
