Position details: A Business Development Representative (BDR) at Scrums.com will generate sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and research. They will qualify leads, schedule meetings, and pass on sales-ready leads to the Account Executive team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. This role collaborates with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies. With hands-on mentorship and training, the BDR role offers an exciting chance for growth in the tech industry, making it an ideal opportunity for those eager to build a career in business development.

Requirements Experience: LESS than 12 months working experience. Sales Targets: Proven ability to meet or exceed new business sales targets and quotas. Presentation & Public Speaking: Strong presentation and public speaking skills for effectively communicating the value of Scrums.com's services. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop client engagement. Business Acumen: A solid willingness to learn the skills to manage business challenges and opportunities, translating this knowledge into customer solutions. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to maintain sustained client engagement. Client Relations: Strong people skills and interpersonal abilities to build lasting partnerships with clients. Problem-Solving: Capable of understanding client pain points and providing tailored solutions based on Scrums.com's services. Organisation & Time Management: Ability to handle multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously to meet deadlines and objectives. Professionalism: Always portrays professionalism and represents the brand positively in all client interactions. Responsibilities Process all outbound communication and cold calling and securing meetings. Evaluation and qualifying leads to scheduled meetings for Account Executives. Maintain data integrity of outbound leads to ensure accurate CRM information. Analyze sales data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate closely with the Growth Team and other BDRs to achieve SQL targets. Key Skills Strong presentation and public speaking skills to effectively present the company's services to clients. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies. Strong Business Acumen and Interpersonal Skills.
