Scrum Master (Remote)

Scrum Master position: Job Description: Job Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum events and processes for a remote team.
Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to deliver high-quality software.
Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
Ensure the team is fully functional and productive, working together effectively to reach their goals.
Remove impediments to the team's progress and help them solve issues that may arise.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clear communication within the team.
Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
Knowledge and an Understaning in C# and .Net technologies.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
Experience working with remote teams.
Knowledge of software development processes and best practices.
Previous experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
Salary & Benefits: Salary Range: R30,000 - R60,000 per month.
