Foster strong communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams. Requirements: Completed Degree. At least 5 years of experience. Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in the insurance industry. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles. Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to manage large teams. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. Experience with project management tools.
