Job brief
Our Client, a leading Insurance Client, requires a Scrum Master to facilitate the processes and coach squads within an Agile environment.
Responsibilities

Project planning and management.
Assist the Product Owners by driving agile methodologies and techniques.
Facilitates and ensures that the squads conduct the backlog refinement.
Ensures daily stand-ups are practiced.
Work closely with team and stakeholders.
Facilitates in show and ensure squads are able to effectively present their deliverables.

Requirements

Matric.
IT Degree or Diploma.
Scrum Certification.
5 Years experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
Experience at Team Lead or Senior Level essential.
Experience in a DevOps environment.
