Scrum Master (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:Facilitate Scrum Events: Run Daily Standups, Planning, and Retrospectives.Remove Impediments: Identify and help resolve blockers to team progress.Support Product Owner: Assist in managing and prioritising the backlog.Task Board Management: Ensure smooth movement of tasks across the board.Promote Agile Practices: Guide the team in continuous delivery and iterative development.Foster Collaboration: Help maintain a positive and productive team culture. Required Skills & Qualifications:3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.CSM certification preferred.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Understanding of Agile methodologies and product management.Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.).Knowledge of software development and logistics/freight management is a plus.
