Scrum Master (Cpt Contract)

A client based in Cape Town is seeking a Scrum Master with FinTech exp. as follows
Facilitate Agile meetings, incl. stand-ups / retro's / sprint planning + work estimationAssist Product Owners with grooming their backlog and processes per productReport back on progress / risks / issues to SteerCom, managing stakeholder expectationsRequirements At least 3 to 4+ yrs exp. with Scrum / Agile methods and 6 to 7+ yrs in IT is requiredComing from a traditional Waterfall PM background will be useful (not required)Exp. with managing teams on GitHub is a benefit (not required)Exp. with FinTech / Payment projects in the Cloud is requiredAgile / Scrum certs are a benefit, as well as a Technical degree (not required)This is a 12 month hybrid work contract with 1-2 days / week on-site at their offices in Claremont
