Our client has a vacancy for a School Book Sales Manager.

Proven experience as a school book sales manager in publishing or retail environmentStrong communication and management skillsAnalytical and data driven problem solverExcellent organizational and time management skillsIn depth knowledge of managing a high-performance sales teamYou are a strong team player who can build good relationships at all levels of the organizationAvailability to travelOwn reliable transport, with valid driver's licenceDuties will include:
Lead and motivate national sales teamsPrepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales budgetsResearch and identify new potential customers and opportunitiesNegotiate and sign SLA with national and regional customersReview and adjust marketing plansTracking sales data to find strengths and weaknessesNetworking and managing large client contractsIMPORTANT:
