Introduction 3-to-10-day work experience for scholars required to do such as part of their school curriculum.
This will enable the scholar to observe in a department/departments that they have expressed interest in whilst having the opportunity to ask questions.
The scholar will be observed as per the criteria, and a report back is then given to the scholar to take back to school as part of their project requirement.
