Job Responsibilities:Gathers client information by making calls to dealers or F&I's and informing clients about the products and services offered.Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.Explains products and services, procedures; correctly answers questions and provides information to existing and potential clients.Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.Ensures & communicates sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service through us.Describes products and services and correctly responds to questions.Solves all basic and some complex client queries or problems or redirects them to a more relevant person, department, or manager.Has an in-depth knowledge of the company's products and is able to take the customer through the sales process as well as obtaining customer information.Follows up on initial contacts and builds relationships with dealers or F&I's to work with us frequently.Achieves agreed closing or conversion ratios and sales.Attends team/business accountability and general meetings daily or when required.Reports daily on current performance to his/her manager and the team.Educational Requirements:Matric or equivalent; a tertiary qualification will be an advantage.Class Of Business.FAIS Credits.RE.Competencies/Skills:Task-oriented, results-focused, self-driven, people skills, and accountability.Telephone etiquette; strong negotiating and selling skills.Multilingual, preferably vernacular languages.High level of personal integrity and confidentiality.Flexible and adaptive to different personalities and environments.Administrative duties.Strives under pressure and is able to manage stress.Computer literate.Disciplined and motivated.
