Major Responsibilities:Creates, maintains, updates, and publishes schedules for Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) across multiple campuses.Collaborates with Division leaders to coordinate schedules that ensure continuity of care for patients.Maintains a database of types of shifts per full-time equivalent (FTE) to ensure equitable scheduling.Tracks and projects data based on anticipated changes in volume, RVU's, and hours.Creates and maintains detailed reports for compensation plans and other key metrics.Works with scheduling software vendor to maintain and update program rules.Maintains and publishes scheduling guidelines and provides guidance on scheduling software.Regularly surveys Physicians and APPs regarding scheduling preferences.Addresses questions and concerns from Physicians and APPs regarding hours tracking and requests.Creates monthly evaluations on Physicians and APPs to ensure adequate supervision.Coordinates new Physician onboarding processes.Ensures accurate recording and timekeeping for payroll systems.Tracks shifts to ensure adherence to scheduling practices.Manipulates large amounts of complex data within Excel spreadsheets.Prepares and summarizes data and metrics as needed.Reviews and recommends improvements in systems and procedures.May maintain Divisional and School websites.May assist with audio/visual equipment setup for conferences.Participates in projects as needed.II. Position Qualifications:License/Certification/Education:Required: Bachelor's degree.Experience/Skills:Required:1. Advanced skills in Excel and proficiency in MS Office applications.2. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.3. Ability to interact with hospital management and foster working relationships.4. Ability to work independently and solve problems.Preferred:1.
