MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo prepare complete discharged patient records for scanning, scan said records to create a digital copy and daily cleaning and maintenance of two dedicated scanners.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCEESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1-year experience in an administrative role in a healthcare setting.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 2 years experience in an administrative role in a healthcare setting.
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEAdministrative related processes and procedures.Computer literacy (Microsoft Office – Outlook).Medical Records.Nextimage Scanning Software.Patient Administration policies and procedures (e.g., Patient confidentiality, use of coding cupboard, account creation process, clinical coding).Protection of Personal Information (POPI) Act.All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given in accordance with the Employment Equity Plan of Mediclinic Southern Africa, as well as internal applicants/employees that meet the minimum requirements.
