Scaffolers

Requirements: Proven experience as a scaffolder, preferably with knowledge of both traditional and modular scaffolding systems. Relevant experience in construction or related industries is an advantage. Possess a valid scaffolding qualification or certification or be willing to obtain it. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work at heights , including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and the ability to apply them in real-world situations. Ability to identify and resolve potential issues related to scaffolding setup and maintenance. Willingness to work at various locations and adapt to different working hours , depending on project needs. Key Responsibilities: Erecting Scaffolding: Construct scaffolding structures from plans, blueprints, or instructions to provide safe access for workers on construction sites. Dismantling Scaffolding: Safely dismantle scaffolding structures once the project is complete, ensuring materials are properly stored and equipment is ready for future use. Inspection and Maintenance: Regularly inspect scaffolding to ensure it is secure, safe, and complies with safety regulations. Perform necessary maintenance or repairs to equipment. Team Collaboration: Work alongside other construction professionals (e.g., engineers, labourers, supervisors) to ensure scaffolding is installed and maintained according to the project's needs.
