We are seeking candidates who can support our growth ambitions and lead both our Salesforce and Global IT support teams.
Role Summary: Provide accurate and timely data and insight on the Salesforce Tower to support the operation of SATIC, including utilisation, availability, hot skills, engagement management (bookings) etc.Provide accurate and timely data and insight on the Global IT Support Tower to support the operation of SATIC, including utilisation, availability, hot skills, engagement management (bookings) etc.We are actively looking for a Director (AD) to join our team to support and lead our Salesforce and Global IT Support teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce and Technology in general reporting within a consulting context, a thorough understanding of reporting frameworks, and exceptional project management capabilities.This role primarily focuses on building and driving capabilities for Salesforce (incl., Mulesoft) and back office IT/Technology, providing an opportunity for staff to work virtually from South Africa with the PwC UK practice to deliver a broad spectrum of services to UK-based and global clients.As the Tower Lead, you will also form part of the SATIC leadership team and support in establishing and growing a leading the Salesforce and Global IT support teams. You will be responsible for building relationships across SA, UK and Global IT teams to identify growth opportunities whilst mentoring and leading a team of consultants to foster a culture of quality technical delivery, collaboration, and continuous learning.Qualifications / Certifications required: BSc/Bcom in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.Experience required: Minimum 10 yrs experience of building, maturing and running offshore / remote delivery centre that provides both transformational (build) and support services (run).Demonstrable experience of taking operational responsibility for a Salesforce capability tower in the context of the overall centre.Demonstrable experience of driving a programme of continuous improvement within the capability tower to increase the quality and efficiency of the service provided to the territories.Strong, broad experience across Salesforce and Technology platforms.As required, able to work with in-territory and other PwC office client pursuit / engagement teams to co-create client proposals / solutions that utilise SATIC staff.Responsibilities of role: As a Director, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.Arrange and sponsor appropriate assignments and experiences to help people realise their potential and support their long-term aspirations.Spot opportunities to create value propositions.Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments.Open up new markets across the EMEA and Global network.Promote and encourage others to value differences when working in diverse teams.Influence and facilitate the creation of long-term relationships which add value to the firm.Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.Build and manage a team of technology professionals to support the delivery of Salesforce and Technology-related solutions.Use your network and market presence to attract and recruit high quality professionals to work within SATIC.Oversee the execution of a tailored development programme to ensure team members develop, maintain and grow their skill sets in line with the demands of the business, including professional certifications and external qualifications.Develop close relationships with the territory stakeholders to ensure alignment between demand and supply, maintain quality and drive utilisation of resources.Desirable skill sets include: Affinity to work with quantitative data, good analytical skills.Ability to work within a fast-paced and unstructured environment. Must be able to multi-task and effectively and continually prioritise.Service-oriented attitude, proactive thinker, networker, information seeker, team player.Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills.Extensive knowledge of relevant computer software eg.
