About the Team PwC's HR Managed Service (HRMS) delivers operational and managed services solutions to our clients across a range of industries and service areas, bringing together the skills clients need from across PwC to advise, design and execute. We combine the best sector and domain expertise with data-led insight and digital assets to provide end-to-end managed services, from strategy to delivery. About the Role As a Team Leader, your role is to provide leadership of a highly effective HRMS function for our Clients. You will typically work on deliverables involving between 10-100 people. The size of the Operations team you will be immediately responsible for will vary depending on the size of the team, although ranges between 10-20 people. Ultimately, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating individual team members, leading to HRMS team success. What we are looking for 2 years' experience working in an end-to-end HR function and operations within managed services/outsourced services or similar Relevant tertiary qualificatoin Experience of running new HR technology or HR operational approaches to improve efficiency and effectiveness in HR processes. A high level of attention to detail and experience following strict processes and requirements. Proven experience of managing people, including workload management, performance and development. Key Responsibilities Subject matter expert in end-to-end HR operations. Drive individual and team performance through effective goal and target setting using performance management techniques to improve output and quality standards within the team. Deploy your understanding of HRMS operations in order to deliver to our clients' requirements. Directly support the continuous development of HRMS team colleagues, enhancing their knowledge and their ability to interact directly with customers. Employ operational methodologies, ensuring teams are equipped to successfully meet their own personal as well as team objectives. Work with other team leaders and engage with individuals across the broader team to identify and support process improvement, staff engagement and consistency. Engage with client teams (for example Business Teams and Middle Offices), as well as customers of our clients. Quality checking of team's work, identifying areas for development and working with our training team to implement bespoke training quickly so that these needs are addressed and performance is enhanced. Provide regular feedback on performance, based on feedback from a broad range of stakeholders, making sure you recognise strong and improved performance.   Drive operational discipline within your own team to instill good behaviours in line with PwC's policy and procedures.
