You will apply your knowledge of engineering principles and practices to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality throughout our operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various facets of industrial engineering while contributing to the overall success of our company.Key Responsibilities:Process Improvement: Analyse current manufacturing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.Data Analysis: Utilise statistical methods and software tools to collect, analyse, and interpret data related to production output, cycle times, and resource utilisation.Lean Manufacturing: Implement lean principles such as 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping to eliminate waste and streamline operations.Quality Control: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop and implement strategies for maintaining high standards of product quality and consistency.Project Management: Lead or assist in engineering projects aimed at introducing new processes, technologies, or equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities.Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to process changes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and production metrics.Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all engineering activities comply with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety within the manufacturing environment.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, supply chain management, and other departments to address operational challenges and achieve shared goals.Travel Requirements: 0%Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?: NoJob Posting End Date: December 26, 2024
