Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for receiving and placing calls;Registration and escalation of incoming calls, e.g., capturing on the Customer Care Application system;Investigating and providing feedback;Updating information on the Integrated Customer Care Application;Monitoring and following up on requests sent to back office and responsible managers;Attending to email inquiries;Providing customer education and directing calls to the relevant officials to ensure that client needs are addressed;Minimum Requirements: Candidates should hold a Grade 12 / Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4);Computer literacy is essential;0 – 1 years' experience.Knowledge and Skills: SOCPEN, Legislation, Policy, Procedure & Standards (Social Assistance Act), SASSA Act, Social Assistance delegations and procedures, organizational arrangements, and awareness.
