Job DescriptionAnticipated Contract Length / End Date: November 2024 - May 2025Our client in the global professional services industry is seeking a talented SAP Time and Attendance Management Consultant (WorkForce Software) to join their team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality application and systems support. They should understand the nature and business impact of requests and perform the required analysis and provide second-line support for technical and functional solutions.What you will do:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.Implement and configure SAP Time and Attendance Management modules with WorkForce Software integration.Provide expertise in time tracking, scheduling, and reporting functionalities.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time management and attendance tracking.Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for end-users.Support system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Work with cross-functional teams to integrate time management solutions with other HR and payroll systems.Provide high-quality operational and technical application and systems support to customers and internal business functions.Provide second-line support service to the organization and end users.Resolve incidents, problems, service requests, and change requests in line with business priorities.Resolve calls logged within the agreed MTTR (Mean Time to Resolve) included in agreed SLAs.Ensure incident/request updates are at an acceptable quality.Document and provide analysis of defects to solution teams.Participate in priority war-room sessions.Be available to the business and support leads for operational support.Resolve change requests/system enhancements in line with business priorities.Collaborate with the Solution Delivery teams and Architectural teams regarding planning, designing, architecture development, and configuration of the technical platforms for the Workforce Software portfolio.Translate business requirements into system enhancements, complete analysis, functional design, development, testing, and deployment of enhancements.Participate in deployment handover sessions.Take part in internal projects.Ensure the consistency and stability of the environment and produce SOPs for day-to-day operations.Effect continuous improvement in the environment by minimizing adverse impacts of incidents and problems on the business and preventing reoccurrence.Qualifications5+ years of experience in SAP Time and Attendance Management, with expertise in implementing and supporting Workforce Software solutions.Workforce Time and Attendance Expertise: Extensive experience in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing workforce time and attendance systems, ensuring accurate timekeeping, scheduling, and absence management.Application Support and Maintenance: Proven ability to provide end-to-end support for time and attendance systems, including troubleshooting, resolving system issues, and performing regular maintenance to ensure smooth operation.Workforce Data & Analytics: Strong experience in leveraging workforce data and analytics to generate insightful reports, enabling data-driven decision-making to optimize labor management and operational efficiency.Application Development: Skilled in developing customized features and solutions within Workforce Software to meet specific business needs, ensuring system enhancements align with organizational objectives.Time and Attendance Compliance: In-depth knowledge of local and international labor laws, ensuring time and attendance systems comply with relevant regulations and company policies.System Integration: Experience integrating SAP Time and Attendance systems with other modules and third-party applications such as payroll, HR, and ERP systems for seamless data flow.User Training and Support: Adept at training users and stakeholders on system functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques to ensure maximum adoption and utilization of the software.Project Management: Experience leading and participating in project implementations, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with project goals.Collaborative Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions.Additional InformationPlease note that only applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country the position is based in, without requiring sponsorship.HelloKindred is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to creating a diverse environment.
