About the role The role will ensure stability and full functionality within the area of responsibility (Payroll and Time). SIT testing of tax updates, patches, bundles, upgrades, with the partnership of the payroll team. What you will be doing: You will provide operational support to end users to optimize their experience with SAP EC payroll, ensuring smooth functionality and resolving technical payroll issues as they arise. You will be responsible for maintaining the SAP payroll system, ensuring it remains compliant with regulations, operates efficiently, and stays up to date with the latest software developments. Additionally, you will keep abreast of payroll legislation to ensure ongoing compliance. Minimum Requirements: A relevant tertiary qualification Ability to configure EC data models, workflows, MDF Alerts & business rules, benefits, time off, document templates, and new setups such as wage type configurations Understanding of business Human Capital Management processes Advanced understanding and knowledge of the payroll integration to SAP S4 Formal Integration practices Advanced knowledge and understanding of Systems Analysis Methodologies 5-7 years' experience in SAP and Data Integration in the following areas: SAP HCM (PY) Integration with S4 FICO modules SAP SuccessFactors role-based permissions / authorisations (incl. GRC) HCM Master Data SAP Workflow Understanding of Role-based permissions.
