Our client in the banking industry is looking for a SAP Systems Analyst with HCM Module and Payroll experience to join their team.The role will ensure stability and full functionality within area of responsibility, (Payroll and Time). SIT testing of tax updates, patches, bundles, upgrades, with the partnership of the payroll team.You will provide operational support to end users to optimize their experience with SAP EC payroll, ensuring smooth functionality and resolving technical payroll issues as they arise. You will be responsible for maintaining the SAP payroll system, ensuring it remains compliant with regulations, operates efficiently, and stays up to date with the latest software developments. Additionally, you will keep abreast of payroll legislation to ensure ongoing compliance.ExperienceA relevant tertiary qualificationAbility configure EC data models, workflows, MDF Alerts & business rules, benefits, time off, document templates and new setups such as wage type configurationsUnderstanding of business Human Capital Management processesAdvanced understanding and knowledge of the payroll integration to SAP S4Formal Integration practicesAdvanced knowledge and understanding of Systems Analysis Methodologies5-7 years' experience in SAP and Data Integration in the following areas:SAP HCM (PY)ECC or ECP PayrollIntegration with S4 FICO modulesSAP SuccessFactors role-based permissions / authorisations (incl. GRC)HCM Master DataSAP WorkflowUnderstanding of Role based permissions. Minimum Knowledge:Minimum Knowledge:Understanding of: SAP SuccessFactors integration with S4HanaSystems Implementation and Technical Systems SupportDeveloping IntegrationsIdeal:Jira CoreConfluenceITIL Principles and the application thereofBanking business modelsBest practices for Quality Assurance (QA)Experience in SF compensation and variable pay is advantageousExperience in point-to-point replication between SF EC and SAP ECP is an advantageConditions of EmploymentClear criminal and credit recordA valid driver's license and own vehicle is requiredContactable via own mobile phone General:Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
