Job Description Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: ASAP - April 30th, 2025 Our client in the global professional services industry is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join their team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in configuring, customising, and maintaining the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, with a focus on ensuring that it aligns with the organisation's evolving HR needs and enhances operational efficiency.
This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain optimal performance of the organisation's HR systems.
What you will do: SAP SuccessFactors Configuration and Customisation: Configure and customise the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, specifically focusing on Employee Central Time Off and associated workflows.
Ensure that all configurations align with the organisation's HR processes, policies and standards.
HR Processes and Workflow Optimisation: Understand and document HR processes and workflows to create effective solutions within SAP SuccessFactors that enhance HR operations.
Identify areas where HR processes can be optimised and work closely with HR stakeholders to implement improvements.
Integration Management: Oversee the integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with IT and HR teams to troubleshoot any integration issues and support enhancements.
Technical Issue Resolution: Provide technical troubleshooting and support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, identifying and resolving system issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Employee Central-related technical queries and provide solutions that minimise disruption to HR operations.
Continuous Improvement and Alignment: Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors applications by staying updated on system updates, best practices and emerging HR technology trends.
Work with HR leadership and key stakeholders to ensure that the system is effectively supporting the organisation's strategic HR goals.
Industry Awareness and Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with industry trends and SAP SuccessFactors advancements, ensuring that the application remains cutting-edge and aligns with the organisation's commitment to innovation.
Regularly communicate with HR and IT teams on potential system upgrades, enhancements and technology trends relevant to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
3+ years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant, with a strong focus on Employee Central Time Off module configuration and customisation.
Proven experience in HR processes and workflows, with the ability to map business processes into system configurations effectively.
Knowledge and experience with integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems, such as payroll and benefits platforms, is essential.
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SAP SuccessFactors.
Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and its core modules, especially Employee Central Time Off.
Familiarity with HR data structures and integration tools such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or Dell Boomi is a plus.
Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting within SuccessFactors or related HRIS systems.
Ability to analyse complex HR processes and translate them into effective SAP configurations.
Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with both technical and HR teams.
Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy in system configurations.
Driven to enhance system performance and stay informed about new developments within SAP SuccessFactors.
