The opportunity
EY Consulting is a fast-moving, high-growth area with huge potential. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager to join our team. This position falls within our Technology Consulting team, which helps our clients enhance the operating effectiveness of their core systems as they adopt SAP technologies and solutions on their path of Digital transformations.
Your key responsibilities
Work with client teams and EY teams to arrive at an enterprise solution that is scalable and adaptable.
Participate in client and EY internal engagements, providing leadership and mentorship for junior team members.
Influence projects, vendors, and/or SIs to ensure alignment with approved methods and delivery standards.
Assist in developing methodologies, tools, approaches, and thought leadership to differentiate EY in the ERP consulting market.
Participate in large scale SAP client engagements, consistently delivering quality client services.
Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
Provide subject matter expertise and engagement management for a module within the SAP S/4HANA solution set.
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.

To qualify for the role you must have
A degree in computer science, accounting, finance, or a related field (MBA or Business Undergraduate degree preferred).
SAP certification/s and relevant project experience.
Approximately 10+ years of total experience with SAP Implementation experience in 4-6 full life cycle projects.
Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and relevant implementation experience.
Experience in more than one functional workstream (FICO, SD, SF, etc.) or overall solution architect.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office products.
Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
