We are currently looking for a Senior Manager to join our team. This position falls within our Technology Consulting team, which helps our clients enhance the operating effectiveness of their core systems as they adopt SAP technologies and solutions on their path of Digital transformations. Your key responsibilities As a Senior Manager, you will work with client teams and EY teams to arrive at an enterprise solution that is scalable and adaptable to changing business needs. You will provide leadership, oversight, and mentorship for junior team members, and support building out the reporting & analytics practice. You will also influence projects and vendors to ensure alignment with our approved methods and delivery standards. Project Management: Participate in large scale SAP client engagements, delivering quality client services, managing risks, and keeping stakeholders informed. Practice Management: Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Assist in developing methodologies and tools to differentiate EY in the consulting market. Provide subject matter expertise for a module within the SAP S/4HANA solution set. Deep knowledge of the overall SAP roadmap and experience assisting clients in executing their roadmap. Work effectively as a team member, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress. Help prepare reports and schedules for clients. Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel. Skills and attributes for success Effectively team with diverse skills and backgrounds. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to lead a team of consulting professionals on multiple projects. A strong work ethic. To qualify for the role you must have A degree in computer science, accounting, finance, or a related field (MBA or Business Undergraduate degree preferred). SAP certification/s and relevant project experience. Approximately 10+ years of total experience and SAP Implementation experience in 4-6 full life cycle projects. Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA with relevant implementation experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
